The Situation
Hires Big H is Utah's original drive-in, serving hand-cut burgers, fresh-cut fries, and frosty root beer from three Wasatch Front locations since 1959. Three generations of the Hale family have kept Don Hale's promise: do it the hard way, because the hard way tastes better.
In late 2025, ownership engaged a digital marketing agency to modernize their online presence. Three months and $14,000 later, the results were underwhelming: a staging site with placeholder content, one keyword-stuffed blog post, a failed influencer partnership, and limited communication about deliverables or strategy.
