Litza's is the pizza half of the Hires family — decades of loyal regulars and a website that no longer matched the food. We rebuilt it end to end: a new identity, a faster site, and online ordering wired straight into the experience, so a drive-in classic takes orders the way its customers actually order.

End-to-end event tech for a multi-auditorium fundraising gala: sponsor portal, interactive seat selection, meal management, QR check-in and automated text-and-email guest delivery. Designed, built and operated solo — ran the live 2026 event and replaced paid third-party tools.
