Wicko Waypoint provides strategy, brand, web design, content, digital advertising, AI implementation, and analytics consulting services. All engagements are governed by individual scope documents and/or service agreements executed between Wicko Waypoint and the client.
Project scopes, timelines, and pricing are established in writing before work begins. Changes to scope require written approval and may affect timeline and pricing. All project deliverables remain the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.
Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Standard terms are Net 15. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We accept payment via Stripe (credit card, ACH) and check.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose client strategies, data, or business information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Wicko Waypoint's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
