About the prices. Every number here is a planning estimate, not a quote. Real pricing on branded goods moves with quantity, imprint colors, decoration method and how many locations you're printing. Build a cart, send it over, and you get exact pricing with a decorated proof before anything is charged.

Three things worth knowing about apparel

Pick the blank before the price

The gap between a Gildan 5000 and a Bella 3001 is about four dollars and roughly a decade of wear. Staff shirts and anything you're selling should be the soft one. A one-day volunteer shift should not.

Screen print past 48 pieces

Below that, setup fees dominate and DTF transfers usually win. Above it, screen printing gets cheaper per piece the longer the run goes. Two-color art on a light shirt is the sweet spot.

Order the size run wide

The most common regret isn't color, it's running out of XL and 2XL on day one. Extended sizes carry a small upcharge and are worth every cent.

The supplier network behind this runs to hundreds of thousands of items. If you've seen it at a conference, on a golf cart or in a swag bag, it can be sourced. Send a photo or a link and we'll find it, price it, and tell you honestly whether it's worth buying.
